Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 3-5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.  
  2. You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.
  3. For damage claims, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. This is mandatory for processing any return or refund related to damage during shipping. Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 3-5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details about the issue. If the return is due to damage, include the unboxing video.
  2. Packaging: Our team will review your request and approve your request. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include all original accessories and documentation.
  3. Shipping: Ship the product back to us at the address provided during communication. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product upon arrival (in which case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label).
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

  1. Damaged/Defective Products: If the returned product is deemed damaged or defective upon arrival, and you have provided the required unboxing video, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
  2. Other Returns: For returns due to other reasons (excluding damage upon arrival), we will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding original shipping costs, once we receive the item back.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement for a damaged or defective product, we will ship the replacement to you as soon as we receive the returned item.
